Coventry City have confirmed the departure of winger Wesley Jobello.
Jobello’s contract was due to expire in the summer but has been terminated early “by mutual consent”.
The 27-year-old arrived at the CBS Arena at the start of the 2019/20 campaign, making 11 appearances and winning the League One title.
His ACL injury in October of that season saw him sidelined for a lengthy spell.
Since he had returned from injury, he found difficult to force his way into Mark Robins’ squad, falling down the pecking order.
He was restricted to just three appearances for the Sky Blues last season and was yet to figure in this campaign.
A statement released by Coventry on Thursday afternoon read : “We would like to wish Wesley the best of luck for the future.”
