The work we do not only gives our service users skills in broadcasting; but also engages them in team work and gaining better communication skills that can help them as the move into adulthood. Our project is an ongoing one and has been successful in helping young people gain employment. We also want to improve what we offer and with input from our service users and their parents; we want to provide a larger variety of activities. The input from the young people as to how we run the sessions helps to shape how we work with future generations. We want to make sure what we offer suits their needs. This Project is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
