DRC : Tshisekedi's plan to forge new majority could trip over the law

In his speech on 6 December to enact the coalition between his party, Cap Pour le Changement (CACH), and Joseph Kabila’s Front Commun pour le Congo (FCC), Congolese president Félix Tshisekedi seems to have omitted a constitutional provision.
