Nottingham Forest will regret selling Tyler Walker to Coventry City, warns former Reds goalkeeper Dimitar Evtimov.
Walker has joined the Sky Blues for an undisclosed fee and on a three-year deal.
The 23-year-old came through the system at Forest and scored five goals in 40 league appearances for the Reds.
Evtimov, who is now at PFC CSKA Sofia in Bulgaria, played with Walker at Forest and he believes the club will regret selling the striker.
Evtimov posted on Twitter: “Forest will regret this one day. All the best @tylerjandrew1”.
Walker impressed and scored plenty of goals in loan spells at Lincoln City and Mansfield Town in recent seasons.
He hit 22 goals in 44 league games for Mansfield and 14 in 29 league matches for Lincoln last season.
