IVORY COAST : Ouattara to do without acting PM as Bakayoko is hospitalised in Paris

The medical evacuation by presidential jet of Prime Minister Hamed Bakayoko to France, where he already underwent a battery of tests during a private stay just last month, will deprive President Alassane Ouattara of a head of government on health grounds for the second time in the space of a year.
