A man has denied a firearms offence after an armed police incident in Bedworth.
David Shuttlewood was arrested after armed officers were called to Newtown Road on the evening of Wednesday, August 26.
He was later charged with four offences, including possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, making threats to kill, affray and criminal damage.
The 35-year-old appeared at Warwick Crown Court today (Friday) where he entered not guilty pleas to all four charges.
Shuttlewood, of High Cross Road in Lutterworth, will now stand trial at the same court in December. He was granted conditional bail until his trial takes place.
