Martin Lewis has issued a Tesco Clubcard warning with just days left before changes kick in.
Tesco, which has stores across Coventry and Warwickshire is changing how card holders will be able to spend their reward points.
Items previously available will be dropped by the retailer as partnerships come to an end reports BirminghamLive.
Deals with Now TV and Avois will come to an end, so Clubcard holders with their eyes on deals with these firms will need to spend their points on them quickly.
From January 18, 2021, that deal ends and writing in the weekly MoneySavingExpert.com newsletter, Martin wrote: “Tesco Clubcard vouchers warning. It’s culling Avios and Now TV rewards.”
Tesco confirmed: “Clubcard is how our customers get the best value from shopping with Tesco; from Clubcard points that are worth more than any other supermarket loyalty scheme and vouchers that are worth up to three times more than their face value at over 100 Reward Partners, to Clubcard Prices on hundreds of products online and in-store.
“Clubcard customers will still be able to convert points into Avios up until British Airways leaves the scheme in January next year.”
Martin continues to appear on a string of popular ITV1 daytime TV shows including Lorraine, This Morning and Good Morning Britain.
The MSE founder and newsletter scribe also has his own show on the channel – The Martin Lewis Money Show, which is broadcast on Thursday nights on ITV1.
