More and more opportunities to use library services are becoming available despite the pandemic.
A number of the city’s libraries are now giving visitors the chance to browse for books or use computers.
You can book 30-minute book browsing slots and 45-minute computer use slots as well as click and collect services at Bell Green, Central, Foleshill, Stoke, Tile Hill and Willenhall libraries.
You can also make click and collect appointments at Canley, Allesley and Jubilee Crescent libraries.
Cllr Kevin Maton, Cabinet Member for Education and Skills, said: “We know how much people value their libraries, so I’m really pleased there are now more ways across the city for people to be able to have a browse or get online.
“I know how hard staff have been working to adapt the libraries and find ways of allowing people back in. Just make sure you make a booking before you come.”
During the last few weeks Libraries have been receiving deliveries of new books so there are some great choices available
The Library Service have also been pleased to see many Coventry people have been borrowing e-books and looking at e-newspapers which are constantly updated and are free to Library members. You can see what’s on offer on the Council Website.
