Multiple emergency services are at the scene of a crash in Coventry. Two cars collided on Holyhead Road this morning (May 5) around 10.30am.

West Midlands Police (WMP) have dispatched one car to the accident. It is understood the road is not currently closed off but officers are diverting traffic around the collision.

West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) have two ambulances at the scene. We have contacted emergency services to find out more.

The accident happened near Dulverton Avenue and the Jacobean Hotel. Travel site Inrix is reporting traffic in the area is currently slow and advises to find another route.
