Four men accused of attempted murder in Rugby are set to stand trial later this year.

The young men – three aged 20 and one aged 21 – are accused of trying to kill a man in his 20s who was found with a stab wound in Balcombe Road, Rugby, on Sunday, February 7.

The men charged with attempted murder are: Callum Grace, 21, of Saunton Road, Rugby; Samuel Wash, 20, of Warwick Road, Wolston; Donawan Guirirab, 20, of Paradise Street, Rugby; and Farouq Semakula, 20, of Oakfield Road, Rugby.

Their latest hearing took place at Warwick Crown Court today (Thursday), but no pleas were entered by any of the defendants.

A trial date was set for November 1 and all four were remanded in custody.
