Two people have been charged with assisting an offender in connection with the fatal stabbing of a father in Coventry.

Robert Burgess was stabbed to death in October last year with his teenage killer running off and leaving Mr Burgess to die in a garden while his three-year-old daughter was inside the house in Bell Green.

His killer, who is now 18 years old but a court order prevents his identify being published, was jailed for six years after pleading guilty to manslaughter earlier this year.
