A false eyelashes vending machine will launch in Coventry today (April 28). The machine will sell eyelashes from the small but growing business, Meggi Lashes.

Founded by Meggie Morgan two years ago, the young CEO and new mum was keen to find affordable lashes after she moved from Dudley to Spain. After failing, she decided to create her own which became a success over there, before deciding to sell in the UK and coming up with the vending machine idea.

And her latest machine will be ready for public use in the Lower Precinct tonight – it will be near the toilets by the Coventry Market entrance. The 22-year-old’s lashes start from £2.99 and there are around 100 lash styles available as well as other products such as lip-glosses and beauty blenders.

As well as the vending machine, Meggi also has a pink customised van. The shop-on-wheels is driven around the country visiting shopping centres, high streets and has plans to go to festivals this summer.

The business has a huge TikTok following of 661,000 and 82.8million likes. Meggie shared a video of the machine coming to Coventry which has had 53,000 views.
