Three youths have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and assault following an altercation in a Nuneaton park on Monday

The youths who were arrested are all aged 15 and from the Nuneaton area.

They remain in police custody.

The incident happened in the park area off Cedar Road in Camp Hill between 5pm and 8pm on Monday (September 7).

Warwickshire Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

A force spokesman said: Between 5pm and 8pm, a disturbance took place involving a number of youths in the park area off Cedar Road, Nuneaton.”

The spokesman added: “Three 15-year-old boys, all from the Nuneaton area, were arrested on suspicion of robbery and assault. They are currently in police custody.

“Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have camera or CCTV footage of the incident.”
